Well kids, summer is over and it's time to get serious. Everyone is back and in work mode. There will be countless meetings as every fashion brand begins to gear up for holiday. Yes, I am that annoying girl referencing Christmas in September lol. Anyway, as someone who takes iPhone photos for a living, I really have to dress the part of business woman to be taken seriously in meetings. It seems that most do not understand what an endeavor running a blog as a business can be. To offer a comparison, I was working in the PR office of Saint Laurent for years and my new role of, "influencer" has proved to be, hands down, more challenging but ultimately, rewarding.
Regardless, I am sure people (who are unaware of the blood, sweat, and TEARS that go into this thing) probably think I am just some narcissist walking around taking selfies and throwing dog filters on my face. Therefore, I tend to err on the side of chic and dress up a bit for my meetings. To ensure I am looking super girl boss this Fall I teamed up with Express. Since, I been living in these pants. I have always, always lived for a white dress pant, especially paired with the crisp contrast of a usually dark, Fall Wardrobe. This pair is wide and slightly cropped, the same silhouette that we are seeing in denim right now, but they elevate my look and make me look much more sophisticated at my meetings. Like, sure, I am still throwing the dog filter on, but it's looking super chic.
