Ok, so maybe I am a bit anxious, but it's almost transition time. Personally, I love the idea of using your accessories to transition a look from summer to fall. Think about it. You can take your YSL Poppy Sundress (from Stefano Pilati's final Cruise Collection) and pair it with a felt hat, oversized cardigan and your new fall Alex Wang Kori Ankle Bootie and KABOOM. Here we have it the "Fall 2013 Grunge Trend" (a la Hedi Slimane for YSL) in all of its glory.
So here is what you will need. Your fav summer sundress, I am a sucker for chiffon in this case. If you don't have one, Reformation has plenty. If you are tall, you need the Ambrosia Dress (this style is made for a long torso), if you are a shorty, like me, you need the JadeDress...
Next, you will need a "grunge cardigan". The translation of a "grunge cardigan" is a cardigan that is too big on you. So steal your boyfriend's or your dad's, or ASOS' (they have a bunch of good ones) and wear it oversized and... we NAILED it!
