hard a$$

So, like everyone else on earth I walked into 2016 with a bunch of near-impossible resolutions. One of which was to get my quad muscles back (remember them.. eeek), my booty bigger, and my waist smaller. A friend of a friend recommended I book a few sessions with Equinox's Ryan Anthony who is also known as, the "Glutes Whisperer". Upon meeting Ryan he suggested we do 12 sessions of strength training, where we would focus on those areas and get me looking like Nicki Minaj (sans the waist trainer) in no time. And sure, I wanted to believe it was possible, but I also know what a lazy cow I have been and I was thinking 120 sessions sounded a lot closer to what I would need to get rid of my new banana rolls (pocket of fat under the buttock crease... shaped like a damn banana). 

Anyway, until now I can't think of a New Years Resolution that has actually worked out for me.... no pun intended. But uhm, basically it is January 20th, I am only 6 sessions in and my a$$ is already transformed! Sure, I am no Khloe Kardashian, but now when I look at my assets I am seeing apple and peach Emoji's instead of banana's!!
