cheap and chic

People are always asking me what they should do when they come to New York City... my new favorite answer? Brunch and rosé at Dirty French and then Personal Shopping at Topshop! Some people say they can't shop at Topshop... Maybe they don't know how to put an outfit together, maybe they over shop, or think they're too chic, or maybe they have anxiety or A.D.D. Unclear. However, a personal shopper solves every single one of those issues, except maybe being too chic... but whatever, if you feel like that you probably already have a personal shopper. Anyway, being a tourist gets lame quick and this is actually a super unique experience - most New Yorker's don't even know about it. I tried it out right before New York Fashion Week. In the room to my left, was a model and her booker choosing a look for her to wear to her "go-see's" (castings for the Fashion Week shows). She was practicing her walk in the hottest silk shorts I have ever seen, which I obviously had zero interest in trying on after seeing them on her. In the room to my right was a girl on a budget, trying to put together a wardrobe for her first job. Point is, it's a good thing for everyone and every occasion.

To book an appointment, call Here. Once you're there you get your own personal stylist who will work with you to put looks together, create outfit story boards, and try everything on. With no obligation to buy. Not kidding. It also exists Chicago, Vegas, Los Angeles and actually all over the world. You are welcome. xbb
